Retention Executive (Out Calling)

As a Retention Executive, your primary role will involve contacting customers from the provided database in order to retain them and reduce the churn rate. You will be responsible for implementing company retention strategies, coordinating to resolve complaints, and analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights. Your daily interactions will involve working closely with the customer service team, distributors, sub-distributors, and operators to address customer issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Out Call customers from the database and retain them as per company targets - Implement company retention strategies to reduce churn rate - Coordinate with various teams to resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights - Upsell and cross-sell customers to drive revenue growth - Record and report customer feedback for identifying areas of improvement - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement customer retention campaigns and promotions - Provide regular reports on retention metrics and progress to management Qualifications: - 12th/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Experience: - 1+ years of experience in customer retention, customer service, or sales - Experience in the broadband industry is a plus point Additional Details: The company offers cell phone reimbursement and health insurance as benefits.
