Retention Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retention Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify reasons for cancellations or dissatisfaction and implement corrective measures.
• Promote product features and offers to encourage renewals or continued engagement.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align retention strategies.
• Meet retention targets and KPIs set by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer retention, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in BPO, telecom, SaaS, or subscription-based industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
