Retailer & Traders Manager

We are seeking result-oriented sales professional to join our team in Lubricant, Spare retail division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our JCB lubricants, spare parts to retailers and existing customers and will work on retail channel expansion.

Job Role:-

• Sales and Business Development: Meeting with our existing retailers and machinecustomers , build strong business relations and promote lubricant, genuine spare parts &attachment
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our lubricants, spare parts, and attachments, as well as competitor products.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, appointing new retailers generate business from existing retails and managing sales pipelines
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, submit regular sales reports.

Qualification

• Min. graduate / MBA / Diploma - Mechanical
• Having prior 5-10 years' experience in Lubricant, Spare parts, Accessories and Attachment sales (In Automobile, Construction Equipment, Heavy Commercial Vehicles)
• Goal Oriented person with good communication skills.
• Having exposure in lubricant, oils, grease and spare parts industry.
