Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Training Manager located in New Delhi. The Retail Training Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to retail staff, enhancing sales techniques, identifying training needs, conducting performance evaluations, and staying updated with industry trends. The role involves collaborating with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals and improve overall employee performance and customer satisfaction.
