Retail Training Manager

As an Experienced Retail Training Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in transforming select retail stores into flagship retail experiences with a strong emphasis on Customer Experience Transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage impactful training programs focusing on Grooming Standards, Customer Greetings, and QMS practices. - Drive strategic initiatives to enhance Footfall Conversion rates and elevate overall customer experience. - Monitor training effectiveness through key performance indicators such as Grooming compliance, Greeting adherence, QMS compliance vs Footfall trends. - Collaborate closely with store teams and leadership to ensure sustained behavioral change and performance improvement. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in retail training management or a related field. - Strong understanding of Grooming Standards, Customer Service, and Quality Management Systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with store teams and leadership.
