Retail Trainer

You will be joining Mystique Group, a specialist partner in the Retail/Consumer Durable vertical since 2005. Our services include audits, return management, and supply chain solutions, with a focus on strategic decision-making in close collaboration with our clients. We strive to seamlessly integrate with our customers" operations and become an essential part of their strategic planning group. As a Retail Trainer at Mystique Group (Nike Factory Store) in Bengaluru, you will hold a full-time on-site role. Your responsibilities will encompass training and development, communication, customer service, coaching, and delivery of training sessions covering various retail processes and strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Training & Development, Coaching, and Training, along with strong communication and customer service abilities. Your previous experience in delivering effective training programs and the capacity to coach and mentor retail employees will be valuable assets. While experience in the retail industry is a plus, it is not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required for this position. Additionally, willingness to travel is essential. The position you will be holding is that of a Regional Trainer - South, based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience. The salary offered for this role is up to 40,000 CTC, and accommodations are provided as a perk.
