Retail Trainer EBO

You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating effective sales training programs for employees in Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO) of the company. Your training initiatives will focus on enhancing customer experience, increasing sales, and driving footfall by equipping employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence for retail sales and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding the company's products, market presence, target audience, market positioning, and strategy to design a comprehensive training plan. - Creating innovative Training Methods and Learning Curriculum to ensure effective employee development. - Utilizing your 5+ years of experience in Sales Training / Product Training, preferably from sales-driven organizations, to drive impactful training initiatives. - Demonstrating flexibility to travel as required for training purposes. - Developing training content and curriculum independently to meet the unique needs of the organization. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Training / Product Training. - Ability to travel as needed for training assignments. - Proficiency in creating training content and curriculum. - Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and deliver tasks effectively. - Knowledge of Hindi will be considered an additional advantage.
