**Job Description:** You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating effective sales training programs for employees in Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO) of Vaya. Your main goal will be to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and drive footfall by equipping employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in retail sales and customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand the products of the company, its market presence, target audience, market positioning & strategy to design an effective training plan. - Create the latest Training Methods & Learning Curriculum. - Utilize your 5+ years of experience in Sales Training / Product Training, preferably from Sales-driven organizations. - Be flexible to travel as required. - Develop contents for training and curriculum development. - Demonstrate the ability to deliver tasks independently. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in Sales Training / Product Training. - Flexibility to travel. - Ability to create contents for training and curriculum development. - Ability to deliver tasks independently. - Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.,
