Retail Store Manager

SRIKRITI is a premium ethnic women wear brand offering contemporary, ethnic Bridal couture & fusion-wear styles. We are currently seeking a Retail Store Manager for our bridal store located in Kohat Enclave, New Delhi. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of all SOPs, developing new SOPs for the team, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent client experiences. This role necessitates your presence at the showroom throughout the week, with the possibility of rotational off days. Standard working hours are from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, with flexibility based on business requirements. The ideal candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
