Retail Store Manager (Designer Clothing)

As a Store Operations Manager, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store to ensure smooth operations. This includes managing opening/closing procedures, inventory control, merchandising, and maintaining the store presentation to luxury brand standards. You will be responsible for setting and ensuring best practices are followed by the team in all aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations - Maintain luxury brand standards in visual merchandising and store layout - Set and ensure best practices are followed by the team - Drive sales performance by coaching and motivating the sales team - Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service - Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally - Build brand awareness through pop-ups and promotions - Recruit, train, and develop store staff - Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs - Manage end-to-end online sales and inventory - Monitor stock levels, oversee stock replenishment, and timely returns - Ensure store targets are achieved - Prepare and manage store budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability - Analyse sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback - Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements - Oversee store security measures - Represent the brand professionally Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in Luxury Retail Store management - Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Panaji, Goa - Full-time availability for day shifts Please note, the job type is full-time and the work location is in person.,
