Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager located in Kovilpatti. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing inventory management, and implementing store policies. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining store presentation, managing staff, and driving sales to meet performance targets.
