Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager and Fashion Designer located in Kochi. The Retail Store Manager and Fashion Designer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, overseeing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating the design and customization of fashion pieces. This role includes tasks such as store management, retail loss prevention, and ensuring an excellent customer experience both in-store and during fashion consultations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management , Merchandising , social media and meeting sales targets .
• Knowledge of fashion design and custom stitching
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
