Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their design needs, style preferences, and occasion requirements.
• Design women’s outfits including ethnic wear, saree blouses, co-ord sets, and bridal wear.
• Guide customers with fabric selection, color combinations, and styling suggestions.
• Oversee the production process — from design approval to final fittings — ensuring the highest standards of finishing.
• Work closely with the tailoring and embroidery teams to bring your designs to life.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and translate them into designs that suit our clientele.

Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1-2 years of experience

  as a fashion designer, preferably in women's wear or bridal fashion.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, cuts, and garment construction.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and work under deadlines.
• Candidates with

  existing client base in or around Kochi

  preferred.
