Roles and Responsibilities

Manage retail store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Oversee franchisee acquisition and development processes to expand the company's presence in new markets.
Collaborate with architects and interior designers to create visually appealing spaces that meet client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-5 years of experience in retail outlet management or related field (franchise sales/franchisee development).
Strong understanding of secondary sales principles and ability to develop successful partnerships with clients.
Proven track record of achieving targets through effective project sales strategies.
