Retail Shop Executive (Surgical)

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and proactive Shop Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our Surgical Retail Store. The role involves handling store operations, customer service, inventory management, billing, and coordination with vendors while ensuring smooth functioning of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain adequate stock levels of surgical & medical supplies
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of products
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Maintain inventory records and stock reports

2. Sales & Customer Service

• Assist walk-in customers and provide product information
• Handle billing, POS, and cash transactions
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Build rapport with customers and ensure a pleasant store experience

3. Store Operations

• Independently manage shop opening and closing
• Ensure proper product display and store hygiene
• Maintain daily sales, cash, and inventory records
• Handle basic administrative and reporting tasks

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred/ Diploma in pharmacy
• Experience in Retail / Medical Store / Surgical Shop preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (Billing & Inventory Software)
• MS Excel knowledge required
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Preference to candidates residing in Thane or along Central Line (Dadar to Kalyan)

Working Details

• Work Mode: On-site
• Working Hours: 9 hours
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Weekly Off: Monday or Wednesday (anyone)
• Joining: Immediate preferred

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

Diapers, Gloves, Dettol, Underpads / Undersheets, etc

Products to Be Added Gradually

BP Machine, Sugar Checking Devices, Wheelchairs, Monitoring Devices (Smart Health Watch), Other Surgical & Healthcare Equipment, etc

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
