Role Description

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage with walk-in customers at the store in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and explain products, workshops, and programs clearly.
Demonstrate STEM kits, educational tools, and career services available in-store.
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is always customer-ready.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the team.
Assist with in-store events, workshops, and school outreach programs.
Handle billing, stock updates, and basic CRM data entry.

Required Qualifications

No Specific educational Qualification required.
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, EdTech, customer service, or related fields.
Strong communication skills in English and local language (Tamil).
Energetic, approachable, and passionate about working with children and families.
Comfortable using digital tools, POS systems, and basic apps.
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
