Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Retail Salesperson. The Retail Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their needs, promote products and services, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include understanding product offerings, addressing customer inquiries, assisting in completing purchases, and meeting sales targets. The role also encompasses providing excellent customer service and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Retail Sales and Sales strategies
• Strong Product Knowledge and the ability to educate customers about product features and benefits
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and provide outstanding service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency in using digital tools or CRM software for remote engagement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
