The Retail Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their needs, promote products and services, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include understanding product offerings, addressing customer inquiries, assisting in completing purchases, and meeting sales targets. The role also encompasses providing excellent customer service and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest products and promotions. Qualifications Proficient in Retail Sales and Sales strategies Strong Product Knowledge and the ability to educate customers about product features and benefits Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and provide outstanding service Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment Proficiency in using digital tools or CRM software for remote engagement is a plus Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
