Your responsibilities will include managing product displays, staying updated on promotions and new items, processing customer transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, along with a solid background in retail sales and comprehensive product knowledge. Additionally, your ability to multitask, work well in a team, and maintain high levels of organizational efficiency will be crucial. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, a Bachelor's degree would be considered advantageous. Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred, particularly with leading Fashion Brands.
