Retail Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets for our business. Your strong communication skills will be key in creating a welcoming environment for customers in our store. By identifying client needs, presenting our products and services, and offering solutions, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and the profitability of the store. Your positive attitude and ability to promptly address customer issues will be essential for success in this role. Your responsibilities will include greeting and guiding customers, providing accurate information on products and services, addressing customer queries, facilitating purchasing decisions through comparisons, maintaining well-stocked racks, collaborating with the Retail Sales Representatives team, informing customers about promotions, relaying customer feedback to the Store Manager, and staying informed about new offerings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Retail Sales Representative or in a similar role, a solid grasp of the sales process and demand generation, knowledge of consumer behavior principles, familiarity with inventory stocking procedures, basic math skills, a proven track record of meeting sales quotas, excellent communication abilities to build relationships, adaptability to fast-paced environments, willingness to work various shifts, and a high school degree. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule and performance bonus. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Proficiency in English is preferred, and day shift availability is desirable for this role.,
