You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, boosting sales, and creating a positive shopping experience at Lulu Mall, Lucknow. - Greet and assist customers in a professional manner. - Recommend products based on customer needs. - Achieve individual and store sales targets. - Maintain stock levels, displays, and store hygiene. - Support promotions, merchandising, and daily operations. - Resolve customer queries effectively. - Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred). - Experience in retail/customer service is an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer/POS knowledge. - Energetic with a customer-first approach and flexibility for shifts.
