Role Overview:

We are hiring Retail Sales Executives to deliver excellent customer service, boost sales, and create a positive shopping experience at Lulu Mall, Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Recommend products as per customer needs.
• Achieve individual & store sales targets.
• Handle billing, payments, and returns at POS.
• Maintain stock levels, displays, and store hygiene.
• Support promotions, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Resolve customer queries effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Experience in retail/customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge.
• Energetic, customer-first approach, flexible for shifts.
