ob Description: Retail Sales Officer (Jewellery Experience Mandatory)

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets by delivering excellent customer service in the jewellery showroom.
Handle high-value jewellery sales including gold, diamond, and studded products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Ensure proper product display, stock handling, and adherence to VM guidelines.
Maintain accurate sales documentation and billing processes.
Support store operations including inventory control and loss prevention.
Guide and mentor junior sales staff when required.

Key Requirements:

Minimum
8–10 years of proven experience in jewellery retail sales
(mandatory).
Strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, and studded jewellery.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-driven with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and festive seasons.
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional attitude.

Education:

Graduate preferred (12th pass may be considered with relevant experience).
