Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Manage stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and restock shelves.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Support team members and participate in store activities or promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
