Retail Sales Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Banker at Capital Small Finance Bank Limited in Jaipur. The Retail Banker will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, handling deposits, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills.
• Effective Communication skills.
• Experience in handling Deposits.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
• Previous experience in a banking or customer service role is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
