Retail Sales Expert

As a Sales Executive in the Education industry focusing on Study Abroad programs, your role will involve achieving Retail B2C business targets on a monthly basis. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating revenue-generating leads to drive business growth - Planning and executing various sales activities to meet targets - Fixing appointments and conducting daily counseling sessions, including follow-up sessions - Continuously improving your product knowledge and sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets - Preparing and submitting daily reports to track progress - Utilizing extensive tele-calling skills for lead generation To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Basic knowledge of MS Office & Windows - Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade product knowledge for improved sales performance - Enthusiasm and dedication to achieving and surpassing business targets - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment - Strong communication skills in English and the regional language with a professional demeanor - Willingness to travel within the city for school/college/university visits - Demonstrating a go-getter attitude towards generating leads and revenue - Excellent selling and negotiation skills This is an individual contributor role without supervisory responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of B2C sales experience, with a preference for those with previous educational industry exposure. The minimum qualification required is any Graduate/Post-Graduate degree. Applicants should be based in main Kolkata city and must be available for a 6-day workweek with one rotational off.
