Retail Sales Executive (Wrist Watches)

We are looking for a motivated and presentable Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, especially in wrist watches, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves direct interaction with customers to drive sales and provide a superior shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their wristwatch preferences and guide them to suitable products.
  
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to encourage sales.
  
• Maintain the appearance of the retail outlet and ensure products are well-displayed.
  
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  
• Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.
  
• Maintain knowledge of current wristwatch trends and competitor products.
  
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and dress in a professional and presentable manner at all times.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably with wrist watches or related accessories.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  
• Presentable and professional appearance.
  
• Basic math skills for handling sales transactions.

Education:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent.
