Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Jewellery Sales Executive with expertise in Gold and Diamond Jewellery sales. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and providing knowledgeable guidance to clients on jewellery selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements and preferences.
• Demonstrate and explain features, quality, and value of gold and diamond jewellery collections.
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by providing professional product knowledge.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Educate customers on jewellery care, certifications, purity, and after-sales services.
• Maintain display counters, stock arrangement, and ensure jewellery is presented attractively.
• Stay updated on market trends, new designs, and competitive products.
• Coordinate with the store manager and team to support smooth showroom operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English and regional language preferred).
• Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and negotiations effectively.
• Professional grooming, positive attitude, and confident personality.
• Attention to detail with high ethical standards in sales practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail jewellery sales (gold & diamond).
• Graduate / Diploma preferred (not mandatory if sales experience is strong).
• Prior experience in reputed jewellery retail brands will be an added advantage.
