Job Description

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, provide them with product knowledge, and assist with their purchasing decisions. Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and store offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Inventory Management: Assist in stock management, ensuring that inventory levels are monitored and replenished when needed. Visual Merchandising: Ensure that products are neatly displayed and organized in accordance with store guidelines. Cash Handling & POS Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, credit, and debit payments, and provide receipts. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment. Skills & Qualifications: 1-5 years of retail experience; experience in a customer-facing role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet sales targets and work in a target-driven environment. Knowledge of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers. Basic understanding of product offerings and industry trends. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment . Role & responsibilities
