Retail Sales Executive- Residential/Commerial (Real Estate)

As a Sales Lead Generator, your role involves generating sales leads by answering calls from portals, understanding client requirements, and providing suitable suggestions. You will attend to clients, give presentations, show sample flats, and explain the entire project to potential buyers. Your responsibility includes providing guidance to sellers and buyers, marketing properties, and assisting in purchasing property under the best terms. Key Responsibilities: - Attend to client calls and understand their requirements - Give presentations and show sample flats to clients/brokers - Provide guidance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property - Encourage and convince clients to consider our project - Maintain data and reports of site visits in Excel - Follow up with clients regarding their decisions - Meet with clients to maintain relationships - Attend CP meetings and industry events - Stay informed about the real estate industry - Develop quotes and proposals - Assist the team in reaching sales targets Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales or real estate industry - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities - Proficiency in MS Excel for data management - Ability to work full-time and attend in-person meetings - Cell phone reimbursement provided as a benefit Please note that the work location for this role is in person.,
