Retail Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Sales Promoter to join our Brand team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products, engaging with customers, and driving in-store sales. You will play a key role in creating a positive brand image and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:  Greet and approach customers proactively to promote products or services.  Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.  Demonstrate product usage when applicable (e.g., Apparels, Branding Clothing).  Maintain knowledge of current promotions, offers, and stock availability.  Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.  Keep promotional areas neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing.  Collect customer feedback and report market trends to supervisors.  Assist with in-store merchandising, display setup, and product placement.  Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth operations.  Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand image.  Should be from Top Brands (e.g., Newme, kazo, coverstory, mango, souledstore) Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.  Proven experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service is preferred.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Outgoing, energetic, and persuasive personality.  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.  Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.  Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
