This involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the airport, managing staff, dealing with passenger queries and complaints, monitoring the airfield, and ensuring that all safety and security regulations are followed. The Airport Operations Supervisor is also responsible for liaising with other stakeholders such as airlines, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure the airport runs effectively.
