Your job as Sales Executive/Sr Sales Executive is: Supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store Ensuring the store personnel provide exceptional customer service Maximising sales through effective merchandising and marketing. Dealing with customer queries and concerns Maximising profitability and meeting sales target Maintaining financial records Liaising with the corporate office and working with all concerned stakeholders internal and external Exhibiting a professional approach to handling internal/external Customers Being aware of the changing market dynamics and keeping updated on all the industry-related developments Coordinating with the warehouse teams for ensuring a smooth supply chain process Focusing on Customer Relationship Requirements: Freshers can apply Experience in retail industry will be preferred Great interpersonal skills and customer service Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritise tasks Possess a strong understanding of the market we are operating in Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to write clear, detailed reports Initiative to identify new markets and unravel customer needs Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Reporting to: Store Manager Thanks, Shivani hr@starrynight.co.in Mobile: +91 8087861465
