Retail Sales Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive who loves interacting with people, understands customer needs, and can deliver an exceptional in-store experience. If you enjoy helping customers find the right products and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain product knowledge and share relevant information with customers.
• Handle billing, POS operations, and ensure accurate cash/card transactions.
• Manage visual merchandising and maintain store hygiene and product display.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support the team in overall store performance.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally.
• Track inventory, update stock levels, and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, billing, and POS systems.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
• Pleasant personality and confidence in customer interaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
