1. Personalized Styling: Understand needs and offer tailored styling advice for various Indian wear (co-ords, suits, skirt sets) for any occasion.
2. Product Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge on fabrics, designs, quality, and care instructions.
3. Relationship Management: Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
4. Issue Resolution: Handle inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally and promptly.
5. Merchandising & Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to standards.
6. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest Indian fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions.
