A leading retail chain with diversified businesses across Kerala seeks dynamic personnel to join its Ernakulam centre.

Warmly welcome and assist customers as they visit the showroom, ensuring an exceptional and personalised service experience.
Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and lifestyle needs, offering tailored product recommendations from our premium collections.
Maintain proactive follow-ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction, address any concerns, and nurture long-term client relationships.
Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve showroom sales targets and uphold service excellence standards.
Stay well-informed about the latest luxury furniture trends, design concepts, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable and inspiring consultations to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
