Carat Lane Ranchi store is currently looking for a dynamic, hard working individual who is keen to learn and enjoys working in a challenging and professional environment. Working hours: 10:30 am – 8:30 pm Highlights - Training on retail and jewelry by experienced industry trainers - Word class training tools and material - Support and exposure to ERP systems - Interaction with a premium young demographic profile of customers - Store located in a premium locality in Ranchi - Competitive package with additional achievement incentives Job Responsibilities - Maintenance of stock – opening, closing and care of the same - Interaction with customers at store as well as through telecalling and other events - Ability to grasp and possess excellent communication skills - Ability to create a need for the product for the customer - Strict adherence to schedules - Someone who has the right passion towards sales and service - Flexibility and adaptability and willingness to stretch for extended working hours Candidate Profile: We are looking for an individual who thrives on working in a professional environment and eager to contribute to the growth of the company.
