Job Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in your area. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales officers to maximize their performance and ensure they meet their individual sales targets. Dealer Network Development: Identify, appoint, and nurture relationships with dealers to expand market reach and ensure optimal product availability. Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, using this information to inform sales strategies.
