As a Retail Sales Associate at Stella Fine Jewellery's Vadodara Mall Store, your role is crucial in providing customers with an intimate, educated, and memorable buying experience. You will play a key part in helping customers select pieces and representing the brand values. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and assist them in product selection. - Provide detailed product knowledge, especially emphasizing on lab-grown diamonds, design details, and metals. - Support upselling and cross-selling by offering complementary accessories and maintenance services. - Maintain store displays, inventory, cleanliness, and overall product presentation. - Process sales transactions including billing, packaging, and adherence to store policies. - Ensure excellent customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and building rapport for repeat business. - Meet sales targets and contribute to store goals. - Learn sales techniques such as clienteling, relationship building, and effective follow-ups. Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience in retail, jewellery, luxury goods, or related sales. Freshers with enthusiasm and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. - Basic understanding or interest in gemstones, diamonds, and jewellery design, with specific knowledge of lab-grown diamonds being a plus. - Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred. - Pleasant demeanor, confidence, and a customer-first attitude. - Basic numerical ability for billing and calculations, along with traits of honesty and reliability. - Flexibility to work during mall hours, weekends, and festivals as per retail norms.
