Retail Sales Assistant

As a Female Sales Executive at our clothing store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. We are looking for someone preferably from Malad or nearby areas with basic computer knowledge. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, understanding their needs, and guiding them in making fashion choices. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be key to encouraging repeat business. To excel in this role, you will need to stay informed about current fashion trends, styles, and product offerings. Your ability to provide detailed information about product features, materials, and care instructions will help customers make informed decisions. Additionally, personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences will enhance their shopping experience. You will be expected to actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities. Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets will be crucial for success. Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently is also part of your responsibilities. Assisting in maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor will be essential. You will help ensure that merchandise is displayed appropriately to effectively promote the latest trends. Monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and reporting product feedback and customer preferences to management will also be part of your role. In terms of customer service, you will address inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and promptly. Handling customer feedback positively and contributing to a positive shopping experience will be vital for customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for effective communication with customers. The work location is in person, and the application deadline is 31/07/2025.
