Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Retails Sales Executives to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Apple products and accessories to walk-in customers within the showroom. This role demands strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and explain Apple products, iOS features, and compatible accessories.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their Apple experience.
• Focus on achieving sales targets and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest Apple product knowledge and technology trends.
• Maintain high grooming standards as per company policy.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduation or Diploma.
• Experience: 2+ years.
• Strong technical understanding of mobile devices or consumer durables.
• Prior experience in retail sales of electronics or gadgets preferred.
• Good knowledge of iOS and Apple ecosystem is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Customer-focused, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
