Retail Sales Assistant

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the achievement of store targets through exceptional customer service, effective sales strategies, and collaborative teamwork. Key Responsibilities: - Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to enhance sales growth. - Drive sales through customer engagement, upselling techniques, and comprehensive product knowledge. - Mentor and develop a high-performing retail sales team to exceed customer expectations and achieve sales goals. - Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving complaints promptly and creating a positive shopping experience. - Foster strong customer relationships to build loyalty through personalized service. - Monitor inventory levels and oversee visual merchandising to maintain attractive displays aligned with brand standards. - Prepare and analyze sales reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify growth opportunities. - Adhere to store policies, procedures, and health & safety standards to maintain operational excellence. - Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards while managing budgets and expenses effectively. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). - Skills: - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (Preferred). - Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software. Additional Company Details: The job type is full-time and permanent. The work schedule consists of fixed shifts. Fluency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.
