Job Description

Greet and engage customers warmly and courteously. Assist customers in selecting jewelry items based on their preferences and budget. Provide product information including material, pricing, offers, and care instructions. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales. Ensure proper display, arrangement, and cleanliness of jewelry items and the counter. Handle cash, digital payments, billing, and receipts accurately. Maintain stock levels and notify the supervisor of inventory requirements. Report any loss, damage, or theft immediately. Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets. Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate if needed. Stay updated with new arrivals, product features, and ongoing promotions.
