Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales of Apple products and accessories to walk-in customers within the showroom. Your role will require strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers and explain Apple products, iOS features, and compatible accessories. - Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their Apple experience. - Focus on achieving sales targets and completing assigned tasks efficiently. - Stay updated with the latest Apple product knowledge and technology trends. - Maintain high grooming standards as per company policy. - Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through a hands-on and solution-oriented approach. Qualification Required: - Any Graduation or Diploma. - Strong technical understanding of mobile devices or consumer durables. - Prior experience in retail sales of electronics or gadgets preferred. - Good knowledge of iOS and Apple ecosystem is an added advantage. - Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Customer-focused, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
