As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences and driving sales while upholding brand standards. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting customers, providing them with product information and recommendations. - Understanding customer needs to offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. - Driving sales to meet or exceed individual and store targets. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. - Handling customer transactions accurately using POS systems. - Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions. - Assisting with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and merchandising. - Resolving customer issues or escalating as needed to ensure satisfaction. - Following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
