Retail QA/QC Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

1. Develop and implement QA procedures for retail projects (store builds, renovations, rollouts).

2. Ensure compliance with retail brand guidelines, design standards, and project specifications.

3. Assist in preparing quality documentation like Method Statements, QA Plans, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).

4. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Conduct vendor and supplier audits to ensure material and product compliance.

6. Participate in pre-Launch meetings to review quality expectations and milestones.

Quality Control (QC)

1. Inspect incoming Products for compliance with approved samples.

2. Monitor ongoing site work

3. Conduct store inspections and snagging activities throughout the project.

4. Maintain and update quality control logs, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and punch lists.

Reporting & Documentation

1. Prepare and submit daily/weekly QA/QC reports to Store managers or Management.

2. Maintain records of test results, inspections, approvals, and corrective actions.

3. Provide input for Store close-out reports, quality lessons learned, and process improvement.

Experience: upto 5 Years

Location: In persons / Tamil Nadu

Qualification: Diploma / BE / Any Degree
