Retail Sales cum Billing Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

2. Billing & Cash Handling

• Generate accurate bills/invoices using billing software or POS system.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, or other forms of payment.
• Ensure accurate return/exchange billing.
• Balance cash register at the end of shifts and report discrepancies.

3. Product Knowledge & Display

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, and offers.
• Help with product stocking, labeling, and visual merchandising.
• Keep shelves and display areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

4. Inventory Management (Basic)

• Assist in stock counting and inventory audits.
• Report low stock levels or damaged items.
• Help in Inwarding goods and checking deliveries.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain sales records and billing logs.
• Coordinate with back-office or warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
• Share customer feedback with the management team.

6. General Store Operations

• Follow store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.
• Adhere to company policies and SOPs.

Experience: Upto 2 Years

Location : In Persons / Tamil Nadu

Timing: 11.00 AM to 09.00 PM

Qualification: 12th, Diploma or Any Degree
