A - Designation : - Executive Pharmacist & Senior Executive Pharmacist Apprentice (B.Pharma / D.Pharma Pursuing) Role : - Retail - Pharmacist Department : - B&M Retail Location : - Patna Experience : - 6 Months to 3+ Years Salary : - Up to 3 LPA Role & Responsibilities : - 1. Communicate effectively and professionally to support business operations. 2. Accurately dispense medications according to doctors' prescriptions. 3. Manage inventory to ensure availability and meet market demand. 4. Ensure strict compliance with patient confidentiality and drug regulations. Preferred Candidate Profile :- 1. Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy. 2. Valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council (free registration preferred). 3. Excellent customer service and communication skills 4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications. B - Designation : - Store Manager / Assistant Team Lead Role : - Retail - Store Manager Department : - B&M Retail Location : - Patna Experience : - 3+ Years Salary : - Up to 3.5 LPA Role & Responsibilities : - 1. Maintained professional communication to support business objectives. 2. Dispensed medications per prescriptions, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance. 3. Managed inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to meet market demand. 4. Oversaw daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. 5. Led and motivated staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets. Preferred Candidate Profile :- 1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy. 2. Valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council (free registration preferred). 3. Experience in pharmacy store management is an added advantage. 4. Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. 5. Effective communicator with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure. 6.
