Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Retail Outlet Incharge. The Retail Outlet Incharge will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure the highest level of customer service, and maintain inventory. Responsibilities include managing store layout, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring sales performance, and implementing marketing strategies to attract more customers. The Individual will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and managing stock levels to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Prior experience in retail or food industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
