Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Merchandiser position is an on-site full-time role located in Bihar. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for arranging and maintaining product displays, ensuring adequate and well-presented product stock, managing inventory levels, and adjusting product placement as necessary. Your day-to-day tasks will also involve assisting customers to improve their shopping experience, communicating with store managers, and implementing sales strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with experience in retail and sales. Sales & marketing skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both in a team and independently are crucial. You should also be adaptable to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in the footwear industry would be advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree is considered a plus.,
